Some of the best food I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant inside a hotel! The chicken wings were “cute” sized compared to what I’m use to in America, but so delicious paired with the side of blue cheese dip and the salad felt never ending in a good way. Was a wonderful time dining and staying at the Absolute! 👏

Lovely dinner; some of the best food we’ve eaten across continents! Josh, Chris, and , Cheryl are professional and friendly. Enjoyed the view of the Shannon River. Would definitely recommend!
Harry's is housed in the Absolute hotel, where we spent four nights. When we booked our room, we paid extra for breakfast at Harry's each morning, and found it very good. There's a pretty good buffet with yoghurt, cheeses and butter, fruits, fruit compote, bread to be toasted, soda bread, jams and marmelade, sliced ham, salami, olive loaf, small pastries like croissants and mini-chocolate croissants and raisin rolls, plus a station where you can make your own coffee and pots of tea, as well as get glasses of juice. In addition to all of that, you can order from the menu — a full Irish breakfast if you're hungry, boiled eggs and soldiers, scrambled, poached, or fried eggs, etc., or beans on toast.
We found everything very good except for the soda bread, which has sugar added to it. We also ate a meal at Harry's, bowls of seafood chowder, and found them wonderful.
One afternoon as we sat in the lobby area near Harry's waiting for our room to be cleaned, the manager passed by and we ordered a glass of Guiness and of lemonade. He told us that he had no lemonade on offer, but would, if we liked, squeeze some lemon, mix the juice with sparkling water, and add sugar.
He did just that and the result was delicious, and when we went to pay for the two drinks, we found he had not even charged us for the lemonade. Altogether, a restaurant I'd recommend.
